COVID19 Update from Tekkon technologies Australia and Nepal – 23 Mar 2020
Dear Valued Customer and Partner,
For the past two years, Tekkon has lived by a core value to “treat every customer with respect and be part of their success”. This enduring value guides us as we face the difficult challenge of responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19).
At the very start of this pandemic, we established a coronavirus response team to ensure we can deliver “business as usual“ within the current guidance from Government and local health authorities.
Paramount is the safety, well-being and support of our employees, who are critical to the objective of continued service delivery to you, our customers.
Today’s update outlines the preventive and precautionary actions taken, both internally and locally, that support this objective.
Key points;
- As of today, Tekkon in Nepal and Australia has now implemented its Work From Home(WFH) policy that we had been preparing over the past few weeks in response to the rapidly growing COVID19 virus Pandemic.
This has been triggered by The Nepalese & Australian Government’s notice of suspension of all non-essential services in Nepal including Government and private sector Industries. - Tekkon will continue to provide a supervised and supported technical staff augmentation service to all our clients and we have implemented strict controls to ensure this continues. Staff will be in the office today to prepare, confirming remote computer and internet availability as well as signing Work From Home agreements and WFH procedures.
If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you for your continued partnership and we hope you are all safe and well.
